Use safe first steps for login, dashboard, browser, and course access problems without sharing secrets.
First checks
Refresh the page, confirm you are using the same email you registered with, and try a current browser.
Course access
If checkout succeeded but the dashboard does not show the expected course, include the account email, approximate checkout time, and any visible error message when you contact support.
Do not send secrets
Never send passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or one-time login codes in a support message.
